2022 오픽 AL 주제별 문제 정리

매해 취업 준비 혹은 여러 이유로 오픽을 공부합니다. 그중 가장 높은 성적인 AL에서 나오는 문제들 위주로 정리하겠습니다. 오픽 문제 순서와 문제에 맞는 질문들, 팁들을 공유합니다.

 

 

오픽 AL 문제 난이도 설정

 

오픽은 특이하게 개인이 관심 있는 주제를 최소 12가지 선택하고 그 주제에 맞는 질문들에 답변하는 방식입니다. 관심 있는 주제를 12개 이상 선택한 후, 1번 문제를 시작하기 전 난이도를 선택합니다. 난이도를 선택할 때 만약 AL을 목표로 하고 있다면 고민 없이 제일 어려운 단계를 선택해야 합니다.

 

어려운 단계를 선택하기 이전에 미리 예시 답변을 들어볼 수 있지만 자신의 실력이 예시 답변보다 부족하더라도 제일 높은 난이도를 설정하기 바랍니다. 비단 AL 뿐만 아니라 IH를 목표로 공부하는 분들도 제일 높은 6단계 난이도를 선택해야 목표 등급을 취득할 확률이 높아집니다.

 

7번 문제까지 답변을 마치고 난 뒤 난이도 조정 단계가 있습니다. 여기서 시험자는 비슷한 난이도 혹은 더 높은 난이도를 선택할 수 있습니다. 만약 6단계를 선택했다면 그 이상의 단계가 없기 때문에 비슷한 난이도 혹은 더 높은 난이도로 설정해 결과적으로 6-6 난이도로 진행하면 되겠습니다.

 

 

오픽 문제 순서 정리

 

오픽은 총 15개를 질문합니다. 그중 앞 10개는 시험자의 선택 주제에 관한 것입니다. 보통 같은 주제로 3개 연속으로 질문하며 답변자는 40분 내에 모든 시험을 끝내야 합니다. 따라서 한 문제당 대략 1분 15초 답변을 권장하고 있으며 시험이 일찍 끝나거나 너무 많이 말해 몇 질문을 답변하지 못하더라도 AL을 받을 수 있으니 문제 답변에 충실하면 됩니다.

 

11번부터 13번 문제까지는 Role Play 단계입니다. 최신 스마트폰을 구매하는데 판매자에게 3개에서 4개 질문을 건네라는 식입니다. Role Play는 문제 형식이 거의 고정입니다. 11번은 문제 상황을 제시하고 상대방에게 질문을 하는 방식인 방면 12번 문제는 문제가 생겨 문제 해결을 하라는 식입니다. 마지막 13번은 Role Play와 비슷한 실제 상황이 있는지 묻습니다.

 

14번과 15번 문제는 굉장히 어려운 질문을 하게 됩니다. 평소에 생각해보지 않은 주제를 물어보기 때문에 어렵게 설명하기보다 실제 자기가 경험했던 내용 위주로 설명하는 것이 편리합니다.

 

 

오픽 주제별 문제 정리

2. What’s the fashion like in your country?
3. Tell me about the furniture in your home.
4. What do you usually do whenever you go to the bank?
5. I would like to know about the transportation in your country. What do people in your country usually use when they move around?
6. What do you usually use when you’re on the move? Why do you use it often? How often do you use it? Please explain it in as much detail as you can.
7. You’ve indicated that you go to coffee shops. Tell me about the cafes in your community.
8. What do you normally do when you go to coffee shops? Do you have meetings or gatherings there? Tell me what you like to do.
9. Tell me about a memorable incident that happened at a coffee shop. What happened? Who was involved? How did you deal with the situation?
10. You Indicated in the survey that you like to go to the park. Which park do you go to and whom do you go with?  Why do you go there? And what do you do when you go there?
11. When was the last time you went to the park? Do you remember what time you arrived and left there? And what did you do in the park? Was there anything interesting happening in the park?
12. Your family and you are preparing to go to the park because your family asked you to. But you just moved in and you’re not familiar with this area. Now you need to call your friend who has lived here for a long time and ask some questions on which park you should go to and what you should do.
13. You indicated in the survey that you like walking. Where do you usually go.
14. You indicated in the survey that you like domestic trips. Where do you like to go and why do you like going there? What’s special about the place? Can you explain what it is like in detail?
15. While you were on a trip. Have you been involved in any unexpected or interesting situation? What happened were you by yourself or with other people when it happened? What did you do deal with it? How did you feel about it?
16. I would like you hear about your trips in your childhood. Can you tell me about one of the memorable trips? When and Where did you go? Whom did you go with? How did you travel by car or public transportation? Explain any special happening that you had on your trip.
17. You Indicated in the survey that you have experience in traveling overseas. When did you go abroad most recently. Which country did you visit? Please tell me in detail.
18. You indicated in the survey that you like to listen to music. Can you tell me what kind of music you like? And also, tell me why like that type of music.
19. Now, let’s talk about one of the singers you like. Describe your favorite singers to me. Also describe his or her feature.
20. What things have changed in the music style you like from the past up to now? Please tell me about all the changes in as much detail as possible.
21. You indicated in the survey that you like riding a bicycle. How often do you ride a bicycle? Where do you ride it? Tell me in detail.
22. You indicated in the survey that your ride a bicycle. Please describe your bicycle in as much detail as possible.
23. How did you first start riding a bicycle? When was the first time you rode a bike and who taught you how to ride it?

 

오픽에서 주제를 선택할 때 현재 직업을 학생으로 해야 일 관련 질문을 받을 일이 없습니다. 따라서 현재 일을 하고 있는 중이라 하더라도 학생 신분으로 선택해야 Ava가 물어보는 질문 역시 간단합니다. 총 23개 예시 문제를 정리했으니, 충분히 공부하기 바랍니다.
